Family fun!

We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend that started off with a visit from my mom, sisters, neices, and nephew.  We had a blast watching the kids play outside with the slip-n-slide and baby pool.  Here's a small glimpse at their fun!

Anthony and Carly - she was telling him "NO"
Anthony had to be forced to do this smile for the camers.  Go figure.

Backyard fun

Here's our version of pooltime at home!  The kids loved it!

2 Bored kids =Time for desperate measures....

If you can't already tell, Jeremy is away on a fishing trip tonight so I, of course, cannot sleep.  Instead, I decided to finally catch the blog up to date.  So here's what we do at home when we all are a little bored!

Anthony playing the "drums" while watching Imagination Movers on TV.  His sister loved to play too!
Meredith trying on a doggie costume somone graciously gave us.  Unfortunately, it's too small, so I'm on the lookout for a new costume for Halloween.  Anthony wanted to try on the outfit, but couldn't even get an arm in it!

Playing at the park

These pictures were taken during one of our many visits to the Forest Hill park.  We basically had the park to ourselves, so we thoroughly enjoyed it!  It's Anthony's favorite park!

New set of wheels

Can you guess who got a new set of wheels?  Tonight Jeremy and I pushed Meredith in the stroller around the neighborhood while our "big boy" Anthony rode his new bike.  Anthony is excellent at steering, but is still learning how to control his speed.... which is the reason why next time I will run along side him and leave J and Mer at home.  ;)

Hotdogs, hamburgers, pizza and MORE!!!

If you are looking to be fed, come to my house!  The kids now have a play kitchen and have been cooking up a storm.... everything from popcorn to stew to eggplant!  And let me tell you... it's yummy!  ;)
Special thanks to the Maxey girls (and their parents) for giving us this kitchen that they no longer were using.  WE LOVE IT!!!!
